Description

Gotta Scotch was designed and produced by Marcela Aguilera in collaboration with Pedro González. It achieved its typographic consolidation thanks to the meticulous work carried out by Josema Urós.

It emerged from Marcela’s final project for the Master in Typographic Design at the Eina School of Barcelona, which deals with the first typefaces used in Chile.

It is an interpretation inspired by the Scotch Romans formula to which contemporary and transitional influences are incorporated, resulting in a work of great visual interest and, at the same time, offering great comfort in its reading. Ideal combination for use in editorial design.

Among its practical attractions, the formal contrast of the calligraphic accent of its Italics stands out. It also has a set of Small Caps, old-style arrangements, aligned, tabular and fractional, among other multiple stylistic options.
